I've lived in Eugene for almost ten years now and have been to many salons around town. I've only been going to Stefani at Novo Salon for a little over a year now, however she is hands down the best hair stylist I've found in town since I've lived here.
A huge problem that I have found with hair stylist is that they don't listen to their clients. When I say I want a trim, I mean I want just that...not 6 inches cut off. And when I go to someone and ask them to go from black to blond, I expect them to give me their best judgment as to how we can do that without my hair falling out. I feel like that is one of Stefani's best qualities. She listens to what you want and does the best job possible to make sure that happens.
Every time I have left that salon, I have always had a better hair cut/color than I expected. Stefani is fantastic at what she does and I will never see another stylist again.
On top of Stefani being amazing, the whole salon experience is awesome. Everyone that works there is equally as awesome at their jobs as Stefani and also super friendly to everyone that walks into the door. It is a very friendly and comfortable environment and my experiences there have always been pleasant and fun. I've never left their unhappy at all. I highly recommend Stefani and everyone else at Novo to anyone looking for a new salon!!!!
