I had my hair colored by Stefanie 11 days ago. I was going to just consider my poor experience as water under the bridge, but that would be a disservice to the potential clients reading these reviews. I thought that Stefanie and I were in agreement before we started. We were going to do an all over dark blonde with blonde highlights on the front, sides and top. The dark blonde turned out too red and the blonde highlights are over processed and look like straw. She went in the back 3 different times to mix color. The last time she mixed color for the back of my hair, I feel as though she forgot what the plan was because the bottom layers of my hair turned out dark cherry red! This red is still bleeding off onto my light colored shirts and nightgowns. I have never experience this before and I have been professionally coloring my hair for 40 years! My hair looks like I did it myself instead of a professional coloring. I paid $160 for this mess. I have never had anyone weave my color the way she did. She put color on some of my hair and wrapped it in foil and put me under the dryer, then she colored the rest of my hair and wrapped it in foil and then went in the back and came out with this horrible red (I didn?t know that at the time)and put it on the back of my hair and under the dryer I went again! I was in her chair or the dryer for 2 hours. My back was hurting and I was getting antsy. The cut took about 10 minutes and wasn?t bad, but not great either. I knew that my color wasn?t what we agreed on, but I just wanted out of there. It was when I got home that I noticed the lower back of my hair was dark red. I like to wear my hair up, but it looks too ridiculous to do that now. I sincerely hope Stefanie was just having a bad day, but I am sorry that I was the one who paid for it.
