I would consider the death penalty as an attractive option, rather than being employed with Advance Security/US Security Associates. After filling out an exhaustive 10 to 12 page application, you meet with a midget minion HR Director (Jill Kohlmann) who at first will seem nice and make you a favorable candidate at first..but after being hired thats when the crappy treatment begins.
