The estimator was concerned about the amount of removal needed to make the repair. After I expressed concern over what was described, removal and reinstallation of gutters and Gutter Helmet, the estimated time was cut in half to 4 hours. The actual time at my home was one and one-half hours and no removal of gutters was required.
They do good work and the repair was very professional, though more costly than needed.
