Do NOT confuse RV Sales with Kay's RV. As a returning customer, I always worked with Kay (who now has her own business on the east side of RV Sales), however, not yet knowing she had left, I went into RV Sales to have some repairs done on my 5th wheel. When I asked for Kay, they simply replied that she wasn't there, but the other employees could assist me. To me, this implied that Kay was just out for the day, as it didn't specify that she was no longer there and at the business next to RV Sales.
