Took my car in, because it was having trouble going from 3-4 gear. It took an entire day for them to tell me it was a spark plug (not covered) & wanted me to change all of them for $500! Picked it up next morning, went to Express Tires who was only going to charge $250 for all & they called me back 1 hr later & said there is nothing wrong with my car except it needed a new air filter!!!! What the ****!
