I was never disrespectful to you or your staff. My call's were unanswered so there was no opportunity for any abuse. My e-mail's were polite despite my disgust with your customer service skills. The fact that you replied to my inquiries for an appointment like a child who had her candy taken away and put my name out trying to solicit an angry response further lets people know how immature and unprofessional your ""establishment"" is. My next step will be a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
