Everything was good. We have used Xtreme Clean Restoration and Carpet Care in the past, and they always do a really good job. When they came to do the carpets the guy did it fairly quickly, and it was perfect. He really did a good job explaining everything, and he was really thorough.
We were thinking about getting new carpet, but after this cleaning we felt like we didn't need to, so they saved us from that. We have used them for about 2 years. When we moved out of our old apartment they cleaned the carpets, and now we have had them do our new place.
They are very approachable and easy going. They work within any budget. They are good people to work with and are not here to take your money, blow your budget, or recommend things that are not needed. They are very trustworthy.
