This store does not seem to be customer oriented. Many clerks don't seem to care and leave customers hanging on the phone for 12 minutes or more without getting back. it happened twice today. The manager apologized (3rd phone call), but acknowledged it hadn't been handled properly. No effort to respond beyond that, however. Very unprofessional. I'm going elsewhere to make my purchase today. Low price is only one aspect of a store's value to customers. more
