It took Schneider One Hour over 5 hours to arrive at my house after I called them. Even though he did let me know there was one person ahead of me, it was still a really long wait.
I have worked with them before, several years ago, so that was one of the main reasons I called them when my thermostat broke. That and they're one of the few service companies in the area.
The total bill came out to over $200, which I thought was too expensive. The service charge must have been $90, and the part he needed was $100.
Within a month, the same thing started happening with our thermostat, only this time we're hoping it won't break again.
