I came to Erin as a patient in need of guidance for a diet to improve my health and lose weight. It can be a very venerable situation to admit that you know nothing about what foods to eat and that you currently have horrible eating habits. Mine were that I would skip meals completely in favor of working through lunch and often not eat all day until dinner and then have a very large meal. It was the exact wrong way to maintain your health and weight. I also ate all of the wrong things filled with fat and sugar which compounded my problem.
