I've been training for a little while now and I would say this is a great place to get started towards learning a self-defense system that is practical and ""street-smart"".
The classes are for both men and women (they train simultaneously) and children (they have a specific kids classes).
Great community, very solid ""use your head"" instruction from experienced martial artists who have devoted their career towards putting out the smartest fighters and preparing individuals of any sizes/build and gender, regardless of previous background in physical activity or martial arts.
Highly recommended.
