This place is great! My whole family benefits from Sueng-Ni. Both of my kids are in the Jiu-Jitsu program and are really enjoying it. It's great to see not only the self defense, but also the confidence, respect, and self esteem they have gained. My husband also enjoys the private Jiu-Jitsu lessons as well as the workout classes which we both attend. The Body Sculpt class is AWESOME!!!!! The instructors are so great! They push you to do your best because they want to see you succeed in your personal goals. And most important, the instructors are GREAT with my kids. Thanks Seung Ni! : )
