I had a very good experience with Dr. Rivera himself - when I could get to speak with him directly. I attempted to have his wife relay a message to the doctor, which resulted in her misunderstanding the message and she took it upon herself to terminate me as a patient. I know this because I was not put on hold, and there was no opportunity for her to consult with Dr. RIvera. I asked if she had a medical degree that allowed her to make that decision - to which she said (in a very defensive manner) ""No, I am the office manager, and that's what gives me the authority to make that call."" It leaves me very saddened and hopeless-feeling as I try to find another doctor right after my proper medication has been abruptly cut-off. I am beside myself that she can do that to the doctor's patients. Great doctor - if you see him, I strongly suggest that you to only deal with Sarah in the front office!
