I've never seen a person present findings so comprehensive so quickly. I was expecting only a gig list. But when I scrolled down and saw the pics with the arrows towards the specific problems you found, I fell out of my chair. You had pin pointed the exact troubles. It is going to help us (and the certified folks) in fixing the flaws. I will give my highest recommendation (like you need it!) to anyone that is seeking a professional inspection.
