On Thursday night/Friday morning (0400) I called MD 360 expecting to get an answering machine with the hours of service. To my surprise my call was forwarded to an answering service. I asked if they would be opening as regulary scheduled at 0600 on Friday morning and the operator assured me that they would. This was Friday 1/14 and we had icy weather earlier in the week so I wanted to confirm. Believing the answering service I drove 30 minutes out of my way after working a 12 hour night shift, to find that MD360 was not opening until 10AM! Why didn't the answering service know this?? And more importantly why weren't they open normal business hours. They are part of the hospital system which operates on normal hours during bad weather! The answering service should have accurate information. I will continue to use Doctors Care as I have in the past.
