I tried Pilates for the first time at the beginning of November last year and I'm already hooked! Core Pilates does a fantastic job of explaining the techniques and all the instructors help you understand that Pilates is not just about coming in once a month or a few times a year --- it's about a lifestyle of fitness, and always setting fitness goals and achieving them. being so new to this ""lifestyle"" I was a little unsure if I'd get hooked... but just a couple months later, I not only see results but I feel better in general, and I feel inspired to maintain this healthy, active Pilates lifestyle.
