Backed up drains! thank god for root rooter who came within a couple hours of my call and very thoroughly and professionally diagnosed, explained and temporarily fixed the problem. We have a much bigger issue in our old house, the kind you don't want to have, but Jason walked me through the process of fixing it and I felt reassured that at least we are in good hands! I would definitely reccommend root-rooter!
