Merrilliville, IN shop dispached a plumber out to us on new years eve. Not only was he pleasant but very efficient. Tree roots had caused quite a disaster in our drain system. In the end we needed more than the general rodding, they had to install an outside access site the following day. Again everyone was very professional and efficient. They took care of everything including getting the city out to mark the water lines etc. Prior to the outside digging. Even though this was not how we planned to start the New Year, their hard work and professionalism made this experience a good one.
