My family has used Dr. Lain's services at Steiner Ranch Dermatology for years and have received great care. It's a recent visit with my son that prompted me to write this review. My son had to have a wart removed from the bottom of his foot and was terrified. Even after much coaxing, bribing and a phone call with dad he still wouldn't let Dr. Lain take care of it. The office had already closed at this point and Dr. Lain had already spent considerable time with us. Dr. Lain was very patient and explained that we could put some numbing lotion on his foot the next morning and bring him back in again the next afternoon for the procedure. Everything went off perfectly the next afternoon. I so appreciated his patience and understanding (and even though we took up 2 appt slots, we were only charged for one).
