Roto-Rooter plumber showed up on schedule in the Boston area and within an hour of placing the appointment. Did not charge extra for a night appointment, or for an emergency call. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price, however, was disappointing. I printed out a $40 coupon off their website for any service and that helped, but it was still very expensive. However, they did an excellent job getting the clog out and we haven't had a problem since.
