Employee could have been more personable. He told me that we had never used their services before, yet I knew we had. He told me that the sewer line wrapped around the house and went through the back yard, yet I told him it went through the front yard to the street (ended up I was right). He was punctual. However, the price paid was WAY more than we have ever spent to have this service done.
