I would never get a loan with this bank again. We refinanced our trucks with them, then had to trade them in because my husband got sick. We had to leave the state, so we needed smaller and more efficient vehicles. Anyway, we paid over 1200.00 on GAP insurance, and they refused to refund it to us. They had only had our loans for 2 months, and they said they would not refund it. Our other banks refunded GAP after 3 years of having loans with them. Totally unethical and treating a military, disabled person like that.
