Although something went wrong with the installation of our fireplace, AirFlow Service was very responsive, getting a technician to call us immediately to see if we could fix the problem over the phone, sending a technician in next day to fix the problem, and when it recurred, sending the installer back, which finally fixed the problem. The staff was courteous and engaged and very concerned about our proble.
