I walked in and was greeted instantly. Was handed a robe and slippers and escorted almost immediately to where I needed to go. Once I changed and walked into the waiting room I had hot tea and a warm neck wrap waiting for me. I received a massage by a therapist named Soyla who was AMAZING! She used just the right amount of pressure. After my services I was greeted by the Manager who asked how my experience was. He was very sweet and very professional. Great customer service. The best spa that I have ever been to. I will definitely be back
