I was a walk in customer just to pick up cupcakes for my son. I had to ask for assistance as no one greeted us or asked if we needed anything. I asked a few questions about not only the cupcakes but the cakes as well and got short one word answers. We bought six cupcakes and didnt even finish two of them. They were not good at all, enough that my 7 year old son wouldnt eat them either.
I then recently went to a baby shower where the cake was purchased from Sugar. The host explained how it was not what she wanted either. I decided to give it another try though and had a slice. It was Im thinking strawberry cake, but Im not sure. Once again it was not good. It was a split layer but the filling of buttercream was pretty nonexistent. The fondant was WAY too thick and once again I couldnt finish it. I will never buy or attempt to eat from here again.
