I can honestly say this agency goes above and beyond. I have been using them for 15 years and have never had a problem. All the staff are extremely well travelled and very knowledgeable. They have the best deals, are very connected and will often get you free upgrades and special services at the top notch hotels. I have been stranded at airports due to flight cancellations and they have always pulled through, getting me protected on other flights or made some arrangements. I usually stay at high end 5 star places, but I have sent friends to Josette, the owner, who are on a budget and she has always found them the best deal. I would never try to book travel without them, because they are always quick to help if there is a problem.
