I took my honda in a few weeks ago. Alex told me initially that it was just a filter that needed to be replaced in my transmission and that it would run me $285. It was closing time when I got there and he said he would need to keep my car overnight. The next morning he called me to tell me that I needed to have my transmission completely rebuilt and it would be $1800. Red flags went off immediatly and I called my uncle who insisted he come pick up the car but when he spoke to Alex he told him that they had my transmission taken apart and he could not come pick it up. I never gave him permission to take my transmission apart. My uncle told them to put my car back together that he was on his way to come get and after some words they did. Long story short after getting a second opinion the only thing that was wrong with my car is the overdrive went out. My transmission was fine. They are currently screwing my best friend over as well but I wil let her post her story.
THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL!!!! I don't know how they sleep at night. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Tell everyone you know.
