I have been a client at Ritacca for over three years. I have consistently had positive experiences at the center. I can also be confident that no matter what the procedure, it will be done correctly. I have also had situations that required further clarification, and have always experienced a quick response. Furthermore, the staff at Ritacca goes out of their way to get my questions answered. I had a situation when I did not have an appointment with Dr. Parungao, but had questions regarding procedures and the staff was able to fit me in to see him that same day.
When I go to Ritacca I can always be confident that it will be a very pleasant experience. Everyone is always kind and professional. I can also be assured that I will not have to wait very long to be seen, which is extremely important to me since I work full-time, live an hour away from Ritacca, and have three small children. I would never go anywhere else for my services! They have helped me determine what procedures are best for me, and I have had amazing results!
