I recently took my car to this Sanford car dealer to have some warranty worked performed on the bearings. When I arrived at the car dealership to pick up my car I was reminded by the service department rep that I would receive a GM survey and advised that I should fill it out as completely satisfied as the service department is what keeps them in business and anything less than a "completely satisfied" survey is unacceptable to them. When the service rep pulled my car up, he also advised me that my car needed an alignment. I said, "The car needs an alignment?" He said, "Yes, the technician noticed uneven wear and tear on the tires and the car needs an alignment." I asked if that was noted on my paperwork and he said it was. I then told him I just put new tires on the car and had it aligned 2 weeks before bringing it to them for the bearing issue.
