I just wanted to say THANK YOU! My tire blew just as I was passing Mark Miller Toyota Downtown dealership. I pulled over and started to slowly change my tire. I was not excited about doing it myself, but I was going to have to. One of the mechanic's from your service department came out to help me, he pulled over a jack and changed my tire in less time than it took me to pull the spare out of the trunk. I think his name was John. I am extremely thankful that there was such a nice guy to help this stranded woman in need. Thank you for being there. I?m grateful that the world isn?t completely full of people who look the other direction when someone is in need of help.\r
Had I not been so flustered I would have turned around and bought my new tire from them,next time I'll keep it in mind. :)
