The physical therapist was OK, not great, not bad. BEFORE I went in for my first appointment, I asked the front desk and was assured she had verified insurance coverages for physical therapy. She told me I had just my copay for each visit. When the bill arrived, that was far from the truth. Thank goodness I only went to 3 appointments "just in case" and waited until a couple of bills arrived or it really could have been a costly mistake. Calling and speaking with them didn't help and I was stuck with all the erroneous add on charges. Will not return for any more services. Will take my business elsewhere.
