My wife , my friends, & me have been to eat at the Raleigh TGi Fridays three times in the past two years and have never had a good experience. The food has always been good and the service has always been bad(really bad). So out of the reasoning that it could not possibly be bad again(along with some coupons to entice us) we decided to try it again this past Friday 9/3/10. We told our server that we have had previous bad experiences here & he assured us that this time would be different. It was different - This time the service was much better(but not where it should be) , the food was once again very good , but we had to wait thirty minutes to pay our bill. We were told that the manager was the only one who could process our bill because of the coupons & she was busy argueing with a customer for over twenty minutes in front of everyone. Who knows how many people were held up during this time? there were six in my party. I believe we have given them more chances than most people would have. We will not be troubling them with anymore of our money.
