Although the location is very convenient for SUNY Downstate, the staff is extremely rude when you decide to end your monthly parking. They are very strict in their policies, however they violated their own policy as stated below:
""Please notify ESP Parking 2 weeks prior if you are leaving by email. The clicker and permits must be returned to our main office on your last day of that month. Mandatory""
by mandating me to return the clicker and permit the very next day even though i had 15 more days left of the month. The staff is not friendly and will make policy changes as she wish so beware. I was courteous and following policy when I called in the middle of month to inform the establishment that I will no longer be parking with them. I would definitely not recommend any of my fellow student or friends to park there anymore.
