This is the first and only time I will ever call Milton Frank for any service. We needed a drip leg put on our water heater that was requested by the Home Inspection to sell our home. They were here for maybe a whole HALF HOUR and the actually work might have taken 15 min. and they charge me $376.00!! I agreed for the work to be done when he gave me a quote from their "standard pricing book" because I thought there must be more work that needs to be done then we originally thought. After the service man was done in 15 min. I questioned it and did some research and called other plumbers for an estimate. The actual parts cost about $5.00 at Lowe's! \r
Other plumbers would have charged 1/2 of what Milton Frank charged!! I called and complained and it has taken several phone calls to get $100.00 taken off of my bill. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! PLEASE!!!!
