I have been a member on two occassions, and I belive the model is unsafe for several reasons. First, the schedule is booked so tight that the trainers have no more than a 2 minute break between sessions. Often they are the only one's working so they must answer phones, etc. during our training sessions. Also, the trainers have up to 64 different clients on a given day (16 half hour sessions with 4 persons in each session), which means there is no possible way for them to remember individual physical limitations, etc. Add the fact that the trainers are very young and inexperienced.\r

More importantly there is no mention, space or time to stretch, and while I received conficting responses about this issue, I was ultimately told that research done by the creator disputes whether stretching is necessary. \r

This might work for some, but I would suggest working with a place that incorporates stretching as part of their routine. I was injured twice on this program.
