I am really saddened by the proffessionalism of this clinic. I took my cat of 10 years in because of what I expected was poisoning. Which indeed a neighbor 3 houses down had to put her cat down because of rat poison. He was severly dehydrated and they put him on fluids "hopefully that day". I was told I would recieve a call in the afternoon and never did, so I called at 2:30 PM to check on him, the receptionist told me the doctor was on lunch, so I asked is my cat still alive to which I recieved a "laugh" and she said "I quess so". This vet was recommended to me by 2 people I work with which I now regret. I will not take my 2 Shepherds to this vet and will not recommend them to anyone. I am hoping and believe the doctor done all he could, but the proffessionalism of the staff is horrible. I will be looking for another vet. One with compassion and proffessionalism at ALL levels.\r
