I Have had them over 2X and have had no relults and their answer is to have them come again and still pay the $200.00 they charge as follow ups. This is rnot exeptable and I will go as far as put my complaint in with the better business burea etc. I am now looking for better companies who will guarrantee customer satisfaction instead of too bad we need to come back and charge for another spray.
