My car window was shattered by a car prowler but I was immediately put at ease by Debbie (last name?) who answered the phone. She was very polite and professional and mentioned they could fix my window within hours. True to her word, my car was repaired on the same day which saved me the aggravation of driving around with a broken window. From the moment I spoke with Debbie to the time I picked up my car, the experience was very positive. I would highly recommned PGC.
