I'm 52 years-old, and have two young children (and two adult children). Last week, between a brief vacation and the MN State Fair during which I carried our 2-1/2 year-old on my shoulders. I am going in for another deep-tissue massage, and am considering the stretching class offered at The Wellness Center.
