I have used Metropolitan Detail for probably 3 or 4 years. I have brought them a number of different cars, of different color and size. I have gone to other detail shops as well, but Metropolitan Detail does the best job. The car is always done on time.
They have done full details for me, and I have gotten the two step coating for after details that is supposed to protect the paint. Last year when I had the coating, I pointed out to them that it didn't seem to work well. This year, when they received new coating, they gave it to me for free. They are good at making their customers happy.
