This place is amazing. Honestly! I went in there and I figured I was going to get some eye rolls and groans because I had a ton of items, some of which had stains that were leftover from drycleaning at another cleaners. I felt like I was being a pain in the behind, but Kite's treated me with respect and addressed all of my concerns. Also, all of my items came out perfectly!
