that is no longer in business. I was greeted on the phone by Donna and she was pleasant from the start. I explained that I was not sure what warranty I had or what it covered. She helped me thru that and thru the repair part and I had no monies due because Ford paid for everything. She kept me informed and when I got there to pick up my truck it looked brand new because she even had it cleaned.\r
Thank you Tomball Ford....and keep in mind that young lady (Donna) is a true jewel in your crown.\r
