I first was a renter & got great service from them. They do charge an 8% late fee if you are late past the 6th, but i paid in time so it wasnt an issue. My calls always got answered, as did my emails. They have a cool online program through their website for any repairs that are needed. I then hired them to rent out my moms house, they found a renter right away. What i did find out is they do collect a reserve from the owner so if the repair is over that amount, they ask for my approval which may be what some of the people below are talking about.. I highly recommend them.
