I am new to the area and went here after noticing their sign from Fells Point Futon. I was disappointed because I had made an appointment and they made me wait 25 minutes past my appointment time even though Sally knew I was there. They did not even take me back to shampoo. When I finally got back I explained that I just wanted her to follow allong with the cut I had and only do a trim. Too much was taken off and I hate this haircut. It wasn't cheap to boot. I should have went to Great Clips nearby.
