I purchased a car from a local dealership (buy here pay here), they sold my loan to County Financial without my knowledge. County Financial Reps told me that they were monitoring my car, ( what's that about?) then they told me that I was in a grace period of 10 day's and I had to make a payment by 3pm the same day or arrangments would be made (?). First of all I had to find out who they were. Second, they didn't volunteer when my last payment was made when asked (who does that?). By the way County Financial had received my payment. Which I only found out when they called to let me know I made a double payment. Did they apologize? No! Did they refund the payment? No! Did they Post the payment to adjust for my next monthly payment? No! Was I expected to make the next month payment even though I was Harrassed into making a second payment? Yes! It's not there fault I double payed was there response. Was my overall monthly payments reduced? No! They can only adjust my account if I payoff early, early payment Incentive. Enough said, C#%T F#C%=R$. RUDE is just not a big enough word to express CF.
