My experience with Sunrise Contracting was a negative one and I would never recommend them to anyone. Awhile back, they erected a metal building kit for me. They damaged the beams by bending them with the equipment they used to pick them up. They installed the piers below grade and they are cupped so that water sits on them, rusting the bolts. They cracked the edges of the concrete on the footers when they removed the molds. There are other defects that I could mention if I wanted to get myself worked up thinking about it! When I mentioned any of this, the owner became surly and intimidating. A completely unpleasant experience that I was glad to have over but disturbs me to this day.
