I wanted to write to you to let you know how wonderful one of your employees was to work with.\r
Recently Lea helped me select a new carpet and pad for my basement. She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and then helped me schedule the installation. \r
Now, that is no big feat because this is her job but what happens next is outstanding and showed me how much she truly cares about her customers. Lea and I had a little communication hiccup; I thought I was the first one to be installed on the date and that l would be called to confirm time. She thought my father would be the contact and would be available to let them anytime during the am window. \r
So, fast-forward to the day before the installation. Lea and I are going back and forth on phone calls to try to set this up and correct the mistake we made. It was her day off, she had a doctor’s appointment and she STILL worked tirelessly to help make these connections and arrange for me to be the first stop the next day.\r
She is dedicated and didn’t stop trying to help me when she could have just said, sorry we can reschedule!\r
You are lucky to have someone unrecognized text her on your team. We will certainly refer other friends looking for carpet in the future to go see Lea. She is an asset to Carpet Exchange and to your reputation!\r
