After two days living in our new house in Billerica, we had an old cast iron pipe crack creating a waterfall from my Kitchen sink to my basement. The plumber who came to fix the situation was great with putting out drop clothes and I was amazed at the minimal amount of ceiling he had to take down to get the old pipe out, which ran the length of my house from front to back.\r

I have had them back to replace an old water heater and do a washer/drier hook up since then, and will continue to use them in the future!
