Highly disappointed by this salon.
The first time I went was for my first pedi. I wasn't sure what was going on, but the lady helping me didn't speak enough English to understand why I was hesitating with each step. She was huffy and impatient with me.
My toes hurt for almost a week afterward, which I asusmed was 'normal' until I saw some very discolored areas under my nails where she had been rather rough with the tools. This lasted for almost 2 weeks.
The second time a different staff member was giving me a manicure. They ignored the fact that I was the first guest through the door of the salon that morning and made me wait while 2 others had their nails done who hadn't had pre-scheduled appointments. Then when a third employee got to work on my hands he not only ridiculed me on my color choice and skin quality, he called the attention of a manicurist and guest next to him as well as the pedicurist. Nothing is worse than having a whole spa worth of people laughing at your skin. I go to a spa to fix these things, not highlight my faults.
So with their combination poor customer service, painful pedicures and pure embarrassment, I will not return.
